September 9, 2024 : Position Transition Announcement After an incredible six-month journey as Chief Operating Officer, my role has been downsized due to the company's financial restructuring. I am proud to have played a significant part in stabilizing the company during this challenging time, driving critical cost-saving initiatives, and transforming a previously chaotic operational structure into one with clarity and direction. When I first joined, my boss welcomed me with the words, "Welcome to the jungle," and it certainly felt that way. However, even in the wild, there are rules and ethics among animals. With determination, I was able to navigate that jungle, bringing order to the complexities of the unit I led. I am truly honored to have been chosen to spearhead such critical changes and help steer the company toward a brighter future. The journey may have come to an end, but I leave with immense pride in what was accomplished, grateful for the opportunity to lead during such a pivotal time.
