Used Excel VBA to develop macros to streamline company production and operational processes. These include creation and automation of plant performance dashboards, manufacturing process trackers as well as debugging of company's reporting software. I was also involved in the plant simulation project (Phase 2), part of Rolls-Royce initiative towards Industry 4.0. Worked closely with one of the cell production leader to better understand its manufacturing process so that I was able to liaise with the Applied Technologies Group (ATG) to further enhance the simulation software. I was part of the company engagement group, spearheading several of our corporate events such as our appreciation BBQ, company D&D as well as CSR events. This was part of the company's goal "Performance through our people", which translate people engagement into performance. Engagement levels for the second half of the year was a huge success which led to outstanding plant performance for 2017
