Trading the website for our Kitchen & Bathroom propositions, alongside Tiles & Flooring. Running customised homepages for our Apps, TradePro customers as well as our CRM segments. In charge of briefing assets for our two websites, as well as visual merchandising and promotional execution. Owning the ongoing building and coding of our Showroom Kitchen microsite and trading that non-transactional journey. A/B testing our search & category optimisation, as well as assisting in the CRO program to upgrade everything from our navigation, to our category hubs, to our promotional messaging. In charge of visual merchandising, reporting, product launches, and promotions for the US, CA, and AUS territories. Optimising customer experience on these sites, using A/B testing to present hypotheses relating to AOV, CVR, and UPO. Being the eCommerce production stakeholder in trade meetings. Line-manager for a coordinator-level role. Expanding my experience into Trading & Forecasting the website.

Working in data-driven visual merchandising; using detailed and bespoke analysis to fully optimise the website for the French territory. Versed in various systems including Microstrategy, FredHopper, Adobe Web Analytics, and Sitecore. Assisting the French Trade Team in implementing strategies to improve customer experience on site by analysing behaviour and shopping habits.

Using systems including Back Office and Merret to check, upload, and populate products onto the website. Reviewing and correcting product data already on site. Working closely with Merchandising & Buying teams to ensure all products have the requisite data, and fit the style shown on the website. Classifying and enriching all the items on the website to make them as accessible as possible for our customers. Part of a team testing a new PIM system to help change the way products are uploaded and populated on the site.
