-Managed the new hire on-boarding process to develop a smooth transition through training schedules, checklists, documents and forms, and weekly tours -Assisted with the recruitment process, attending recruitment events, scheduling and conducting interviews, and tracking candidates -Processed and maintained employee files, status changes and terminations while working cross functionally with Payroll and IT -Oversaw global HR reporting to ensure adherence to proper guidelines -Created job descriptions for all employees globally and managed the job description database -Managed the performance appraisal program -Planned and executed corporate events and maintained the event calendar and budget -Managed corporate communication (reminders, policy, new hire announcements, changes, etc.)
