Brass Lion Distillery is Singapore’s first standalone micro-distillery specialising in producing high-quality small-batch craft spirits. The brand debuts with the Brass Lion Gin — a tropical and distinctly Singaporean gin that evokes the island’s sense of place. This New World-style gin draws inspiration from the region’s centuries-old spice trade, which brought a plethora of Asian herbs and spices–together with indigenous varieties–to the island. In addition to being a distillery, it is also home to a tasting room, retail store and herb garden.

The Beast - Southern Kitchen & Bourbon Bar. A slice of the dirty south in Singapore. The bar boasts one of the largest variety bourbons in the country, and has an extensive selection of American craft beers, and bourbon and rye specialty cocktails. Paying homage to the Southern tradition of moonshining, we make our own Southern comfort and have a barrel-aging program showcasing a rotating selection of classic cocktails. The Beast. A place to gather with friends, sip on some bourbon, and be treated to some classic southern cooking and hospitality.

The Chupitos Bar, Singapore’s first dedicated shots bar, was established when it took part in “The Ultimate Startup Space” competition organized by Martell VSOP, INSEAD Business School, CapitaLand, Lifebrandz and Standard Chartered Bank. Beating out over 300 applications, it won itself a space in Clarke Quay rent-free for 6 months. The business received a further boost when it was awarded the YES! Startup grant by SPRING Singapore. Since then, The Chupitos Bar has grown from strength to strength, gaining a loyal following and building a name for itself as a place with tasty drinks presented in interesting and unique ways. Today, Chupitos has achieved its vision as Singapore’s premier pre-party destination and the go-to place for shots.
