Working with the owners of the business to keep their records up to date, reconcile bank statements, pay bills, and process payroll.

Accounts payable: point of contact for all AP accounts, receiving invoices, keeping accounts current, issuing and maintaining purchase orders, generating weekly checks for vendors. Human resources: completing hiring packets, creating employee badges, processing terminations, addressing employee concerns. Payroll: running biweekly payroll report, entering fringe hours in timecard, generating supplemental payroll checks as needed.

Processed payroll timesheets for various departments and track substitute teacher days worked for salary increases. Account administrator for vision, dental, life, and disability insurances, as well as responsible for reconciling and paying the bills for these each month. I also provided customer service, answered questions and found solutions for pay related problems for people in the district.

Generated various reports as needed through PowerSchool student information system, Excel, and Publisher. Became an expert in PowerSchool with little training. Responsible for communicating all necessary information regarding grades, school events, and important dates to parents and the community. Managed the facilities use calendar for the building and assisted in managing the foot traffic for the busy front office.

Sales: Scheduled and canceled reservations as well as the scheduling and setup of group events. Customer Service: Assisted guests in various needs during their stay, and answered questions for potential guests.
