I worked at monsoon for 2.5 years. I started as a hostess and moved my way up to lead server and bartender. Core Responsibilities: -opening and setting up the bar and restaurant. -serving large private and/or paid venues. -trained all new hosts and servers. -worked directly with manager to maintain an efficient work environment. -worked independently and in a team environment. -communicated constantly with chefs to verify and correct orders.

Young Whiz is an after-school program service for Pre-k through 1st grade children. I was in charge of the photography and arts program. As a teacher for Young Whiz, I learned how to be a role model and maintain group focus. Core Responsibility: Created learning activities and agendas for each class. Monitored groups of 3-12 kids per class. Taught basic photography skills. Maintained an organized and safe environment for all kids.

At Din Tai Fung, I learned to work effectively as part of a team under high pressure. Core responsibilities: -trained new employees in variations of the job. -constant communication with servers and other hosts. -multitasking in a fast paced environment. -customer service in person and on the phone. -scheduling and organizing for seating patterns.
