⁌ Provide fast-response, effective on-site and remote technical support, resolving a wide range of hardware/software issues and urgent device malfunctions in a fast-paced manufacturing business environment. ⁌ Configure and deploy company devices using SCCM, including imaging new machines, installing enterprise software, and ensuring they are in Intune and Azure AD with the correct permissions. ⁌ Configure Microsoft Intune and Authenticator for iOS/Android devices, ensuring secure access to corporate resources. ⁌ Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes, provisioned and imaged new computers, and deployed software packages for new hires and replacement machines. ⁌ Support hybrid Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Azure AD environment in creating/managing shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and resolving access issues. ⁌ Supported device provisioning (laptops, monitors, accessories) for our upcoming new site, ensuring operational readiness ahead of launch. ⁌ Deliver bilingual technical support in Mandarin and English, enabling smooth resolution of issues for Chinese-speaking colleagues and coordinating with U.S.-based teams. ⁌ Host the IT team's daily morning roundtable meeting, covering safety, outages, and support updates across sites; take meeting notes and distribute them to the broader team to ensure alignment and accountability. ⁌ Maintain IT storage room, track and organize inventory of laptops, monitors, and accessories, ensuring asset records are updated and equipment is available for urgent requests.
