With my deep connection to skateboard culture and over 25 years of experience both on and off the board, I have been able to provide a long lasting effect on the action sports community. In my 16 years at Vans, It has been my mission contribute to the culture by helping it to grow participation while maintaining authenticity to its core values by putting the people first in all we do. It is my belief in this mindset that set brands apart in the action sports space by providing a platform for athletes, artist, filmmakers, photographers to inspire and connect to consumers around the world. As an experienced marketing team leader with proven accomplishments and a strong understanding of growing business through authentic consumer relationships with athletes, artist and collaborators. I enjoy delivering a consumer-focused story telling platforms and campaigns. My expertise is building strong athlete programs, producing award winning content and events while maintaining an authentic voice for both brand and partners. I played an integral role in bringing to life Vans Park Series. In five years this tour established prize parity by offering equal prize purse for men and Women and defined the global sport organization and path-to-pro, paving the way for Skateboarding's successful introduction in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. I led production of award winning content and films, Grosso Love letters, Tony Alva Documentary, Propeller (Vans first Skateboard video), Vans second video, No Other Way has over 7 million views and is responsible for changing the way videos come to life in the ever-changing digital first world. Vans is now know as the best in class video producers in the industry.
