I was re-engaged after previous contracts to develop and support C++ systems at Liffe. Specifically responsible for one of major sub-systems enabling seamless recovery of server side systems in the event of a failure. Subsequently worked on major new C# development designed to replace several monitoring systems previously written in pure C++. • Delivered mechanism to allow replay of transactions recorded in log files produced by the application, enabling the reproduction of UI bugs that would ordinarily be impossible to produce in a development environment.
