I started out in the title and escrow business in 1993 working as a Customer Service Representative for Jackson County Title. I continued on my path, working again in Customer Service when I got married and we moved to Olympia Washington. I became very familiar with title work, deeds, legal descriptions, etc. working in the at Thurston County Title in Olympia. But my true calling was always in escrow and I moved in the escrow side of things in 1995. Over the years, I have gained so much knowledge in the field and am blessed to have worked with many wonderful people along the way, from whom have given me so many different perspectives. I have been an Escrow Officer since 2002 and strive to provide excellent service to all of the parties involved in real estate transactions. Specialties: I specialize in resale/purchase transactions, 1031 Exchanges, Commercial transactions, Seller Financing/Private Money loans, short sales and refinance transactions.
