I began my position with Integrity as their first HR coordiantor and worked my way up to HR Manager within the first year. As Director of Human Resource at Integrity I was responsible to manager a group of 6 HR professionals and oversee the Human Resource,Training, Safety, & Administration functions. As part of the senior leadership team, I supported the overall organizational strategic planning. I also acted as plan administrator for all benefit and 401k plans.

As a temporary HR consultant I supported the HR department in recruiting and compliance tracking. I also developed a system of tracking work place accommodations.

As the administrative coordinator I provided HR support for local store employees. My job responsibilities included processing weekly payroll, time off and leave of absence administration, new hire orientation, policy enforcement, new hire training, performance review management, scheduling, and new store openings. I was also the trainer for many administrative coordinators in the Nashville area.

Armada Nutrition Purchased The Capstone Tennessee location in 2016. I transitioned with the company and continued my position as Director of Human Resources.

Integrity Nutraceuticals was purchased by a Private Equity group and was merged with a new company in May of 2014. The new company became Capstone Nutrition. As Director of Human Resources for the TN division I am responsible to oversee the human resource, payroll, benefits, administration, & training functions. I directly supervisor a team of 4 HR professionals. As a member of the senior management team in TN, I provide leadership support and consulting on employment practices and employee engagement to Capstone leadership as well as work to improve organization effectiveness.
