Responsible for developing SOA-based enterprise architecture for migrating Big Data applications to the AWS Cloud Computing environment in support of a National Security client.

* Lead System Engineer, In-Q-Tel Interface Center (QIC) Program: As the Lead System Engineer, implemented and deployed * the QIC test-bed which consisted of Windows NT servers running IIS and Oracle database. The QIC project was established by * the DCI to interface directly with In-Q-Tel, a private, non-profit organization funded by the DCI to discover and develop * innovative and emerging information technologies to support missions. The test-bed was used for evaluating and assessing IT * solutions and for supporting a shared, centralized information management repository. Designed, implemented, and deployed * the QIC project Knowledgebase using COTS products called PowerDocs and CyberDocs running Oracle database. Performed * extensive GUI customizations with ASP, JavaScript, and HTML using Visual J++ tool. Developed and deployed the QIC website using the Macromedia Dreamweaver and Firework development tools. Configured and hosted the QIC web-site on an IIS * web-server.
