Managed public outreach and communications with public, community leaders, and elected officials. Vendor management for: capital transportation project studies; GIS linear-referencing feasibility study and implementation plan; traffic impact analyses; and technology application development. Represented County on Metropolitan Planning Organization committees and working groups to support regional transportation planning functions.
