Indigo Acquisition Corp. closed its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The offering resulted in gross proceeds to the Company of $100,000,000. The Company’s units are listed on the Nasdaq and trade under the ticker symbol “INACU.” The Company is a Cayman exempt company, formed as a blank check company for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. The Miami Parking Authority, officially known as the Department of Off-Street Parking of the City of Miami, was created in 1955 by a Special Act of the Florida State Legislature and incorporated into the City of Miami’s Charter in 1968. MPA manages and develops on-street and off-street parking assets in the City of Miami. It shares responsibility with the City of Miami Police Department and Miami-Dade County for enforcement of parking regulations. MPA is a self-sustaining agency managed by parking industry professionals and financed by parking revenues. Funds not used by operations are returned to the City of Miami, and all ticket citation revenues are payable directly to Miami-Dade County. MPA provides parking for approximately 6 million vehicles annually. Currently the Miami Parking Authority has over 34,000 parking spaces under management.
