Formulated robust market and investment strategies, steering growth campaigns with >$100M budgets, focusing on Digital Modernization, Energy Infrastructure, and Security Products markets. Forged executive-level relationships with U.S. Federal-Civilian agencies, industry giants (AWS, Google, Microsoft), Capitol Hill, and utility and port/aviation infrastructure customers across the globe. Orchestrated the $1B acquisition and seamless integration of L3Harris Security Detection, adding 24,000+ security systems across 120 countries to the Leidos portfolio. Drove R&D programs to achieve successful AI/ML outcomes in (1) design automation for the electric grid, (2) cloud adoption of large-scale IT environments, and (3) cutting-edge image analysis in homeland security markets. Led the design and integration of a newly formed $3B+ operating group post-merger, serving as the inaugural COO. Initiated strategic divestiture of underperforming assets, including a biomass energy plant, boosting margins by over 250 bps through targeted optimization. Managed the strategic acquisition and integration of a 250-person business, propelling the company to a current #4 position in the Investor-Owned Utility (IOU) market.
