• Organized, marketed and recruited teams for 22 National AAU Basketball Championships as well as 5 elite athlete Super Showcase events. • Ensured our basketball teams were aligned with the organization's purpose and vision specifically around developing elite level athletes, programming for high school athletes to earn college basketball scholarships and devised elite athlete identification programs. • Negotiated and developed national elite programs with high level organizations such as NIKE E.Y.B.L, NBA Retired Players Association, NCAA, NFHS, NBA, WNBA, USOC and USA Basketball. • Formalized and nurtured relationships with signature NBA & WNBA athletes to build brand as well as to give them community opportunities in the youth basketball space. • Recruited and built relationships with college coaches on all levels to attend elite level AAU Basketball events.
