With over 15 year’s working in the Telecommunications industry, I have gained experience in a wide array of technologies to include cabling and infrastructure, telecom, voice, data, VOIP transformations and -48v power systems. I am currently serving in the PMO Management role to a global customer base including Fortune 50 Enterprise clientele such as HP, WWT, and IBM, with projects ranging in budget from $5K – $20M. In this role, I assist account managers in developing solutions for technology and deployment services to fit their client’s needs, transition those services into steady state programs, and provide full cycle project management. I have been successful in these achievements utilizing a foundation built on ITIL and PMI standards with focus on customer service and account retention. I strive to keep the customer first, my company next, followed by my department, and myself. I find this coupled with the proper balance of optimism and realism nurtures successful business relationships.
