The work I've done with the Office of Information Technology includes technical troubleshooting, onsite equipment repair, and day-to-day problem solving that is unique to the multimedia industry. In order to deliver a magical experience, my goal is to keep everything that goes on behind the scenes where it should be: behind the scenes. That means catching and fixing issues before you ever notice there's a "man behind the curtain."
