Monitors fleet health and plans scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to maximize aircraft availability to sustain USSTRATCOM commitments. Mentors and coaches the NCOs of today into effective military leaders for tomorrow.

Trains and equips 364 technicians to maintain a 63 aircraft fleet. Leads, trains and mentors personnel to energize rapid global mobility to meet presidential objectives.

- Shift supervisor of 21 maintenance team members supporting a 26 aircraft fleet. - Performs on the job training, coaching and mentoring for journeymen and apprentices aligning with established technical quality and safety standards. - Ensures tool accountability and supply discipline.

- Lead a 13 member workcenter in the completion of all scheduled inspections for a 15 KC-135R/T fleet. - Monitor the inspection and repair of 5 aircraft systems and their associated specialties. Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of required aircraft parts. - Oversees inspection flow, time tables, and preparation. Prepares and presents daily progress reports.

- Instructs 13 aircraft maintenance courses with hands-on training for 1400 personnel. Supports 28 aircraft worth $7.9 billion; the largest B-1B combat wing in the USAF. - Lead "Quality Chief" Course Instructor/developer. Provides/refines/develops airframe specific knowledge and skills for apprentices/Airmen.
