Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology to facilitate and administer the Labor Productivity Tool for the Tisch Hospital, Hospital for Joint Disease, and Center for Musculoskeletal Care. Analyze variances on a per pay basis providing feedback to managers, department heads and executives. Assist departments with corrective action plans and conduct follow-up analyses. Completed projects assigned by various managers and residency preceptor, the Chief Information Officer, Edward Roman. Notable projects include an audit management system, completion of the Pennsylvania Medical Society Continuing Medical Education(CME) application for re-accreditation, and implementation of a time and attendance system. Completed in fulfillment of course requirements for the Master of Science in Health Administration at the University of Scranton.

* Deployment and repair of all systems * PC, Ethernet, wireless, fiber optic * across the campus network servicing St. Dominic RC Church, St. Dominic Elementary School, and St. Dominic High School. Management of the user database across multiple domains on the campus. Assisted in the upgrade from NT 4 Server to Windows Server 2003.

Worked with Student Government funded clubs and groups, most notably the University of Scranton Programming Board (USPB) in securing sound reinforcement and lighting design. Staffing a number of various events, the technical coordinator position included the mixing of audio and operation of lighting equipment based on the requirements of the act performing. Some acts have included: Matt Nathanson, the Jon Frederik Band, Jay Black, Kyle Cease, Upright Citizens Brigade, Syd, Josh Kelly, and Dennis Haskins (Mr. Belding - Saved by the Bell).
