Initially founded in 1981, Pattern Fasteners is now one of the leading specialist manufacturing companies in the U.K. Specialising in non-standard fasteners and precision components we have developed a strong understanding of the industry and our team of experts has significantly expanded. We now have over 35 years’ company experience in the manufacture and supply of special fasteners and components. I became Managing Director at Pattern Fasteners in 2016 and since then our focus has been to put the customers at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service using a variety of production techniques involving both modern CNC based equipment and traditional methods. All parts are bespoke made to order and our operation boasts round the clock lights out manufacturing using CNC sliding head lathes. CNC milling, thread rolling, pressing and specialised drilling are just some of our other services. In particular we can offer solutions for components which are incredibly difficult to source or needed at very short lead times in all quantities.
