Currently working as a freelancer, I leverage my expertise in curriculum design, teacher training, and educational technology to create meaningful change—in classrooms, homes, and community-driven initiatives. My academic background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Kent. This combination of pedagogical and sociological expertise equips me with a unique perspective to address diverse educational needs. Reviewed and updated school’s ‘Child Protection and Safeguarding’ policy. Delivered a session to teaching and support staff focused on child protection and safeguarding including an introduction to the policy. Able to work in-depth with the latest UK child protection and safeguarding policies issued by the UK Government as well as drawing from a number of leading UK child protection charities such as the NSPCC and adapting these to the local context.

Reviewed the MEd in Educational Leadership and School Improvement course offered by BRACU. The review involved researching the MEd’s individual modules and comparing them with other leading international universities. Based on this recommendations were offered on how the programme might develop in the future.

Introduced weekly staff training facilitated by myself and based on the UK PGCE and Teachers’ Standards. Successfully saw through the construction of a rooftop playground, dining area, and guided major renovations as part of school expansion. As a result of multiple initiatives such as marketing through a Facebook page, which was managed by myself, and the improvements to the school aforementioned, student numbers in the Uttara campus more than doubled during my time as VP.

Aimed to aid teachers to better understand the importance and application of quality phonics lessons in the early years. I was asked to repeat the session several times for my own school across its several campuses.

The exams which I prepared students for included in-house end of term exams and the Cambridge Key English Test (KET), First Certificate in English (FCE), Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) and the Cambridge Proficiency in English (CPE) exams.
