Worked in over 20 different Home Depot retail stores throughout Washington. Set up over 800 in home improvement consultations (kitchen/bathroom remodels) for customers. Interviewed dozens of applicants and recruited a handful of sales associates. Trained associates in regards to communication skills, product knowledge, and sales procedures. Hosted a west coast leaders board sales call in September 2012.

Operate Host Access 6000 shipping system efficiently and accurately. Oversee warehousing, storage practices, and housekeeping. Receive incoming shipments and review contents against the purchase order for accuracy. Follow proper selection procedures as established by the company. Transport goods from racks, shelves and vehicles. Work at a rapid pace to meet tight deadlines. Operate powered lift trucks, floor sweepers, pallet jacks and forklifts safely, with a 0% incident rate.

Operate Microsoft Dynamics GP Software to account for inventory in regards to supply and demand. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and customers via phone/e-mail on an international level within the industrial refrigeration industry. Work with a team of mechanical engineers, service technicians, and welders to ensure the correct parts are ordered pertaining to each specific service or manufacturing job. Drive a company vehicle to pick-up and deliver parts on a daily basis. Organize and account for national/international freight via UPS, FED-EX, USPS, DHL, and multiple LTL freight providers. Fulfill multiple purchase and sales orders on a daily basis in regards to each customer. Maintain a positive attitude under strict deadlines.

Operate a nationally recognized construction/builders networking website (SQFT) to locate companies bidding on projects that demand parts we specialize in. I conducted 20+ outbound emails per day to generate business. Cold called 10+ old & new customers per day. Converted inquiries to sales. Helped create a pricing catalog for all our customers. Worked with a variety of HVAC parts (air/gas sensors, pressure valves, electronic actuators, drain pumps etc.)

Helped prepare and serve food to the homeless on Wednesday's in the afternoon. Got the opportunity to talk with and understand everyday struggles they had to deal with in life. Activities and Societies: Ballard Food Bank
