Purchasing Manager for a creative merchandise agency based in London. We work with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver creative and cost-effective merchandise solutions to the European and global markets. I have strong product development experience in electronics, clothing, and premium promotional gifts – with regular travel to the Far East for networking and inspiration; working with the design team to develop ranges of creative and commercially appealing products. I am experienced in a wide range of product compliance (electronics, textiles, toys, food contact), with external training to include both the European and China markets; as well as working closely with factories in China to ensure they are ethically compliant and meet our company and client specific audit requirements. I understand the bespoke requirements of delivering a wide range of goods into various countries, helping to set-up our Shanghai office in 2014 to trade with the local China market and APAC region.
