Specialist Support & Administration : - Support and operation of Kaspersky anti-virus solution, ensuring malware protection is operational and virus definitions are up to date. Incident Management :- Working closely with OCC, Problem/Change Management, technical and business groups to improve Incident Management processes and ensure proper tracking and documentation of the incident.
