About
Most organizations are not limited by a lack of tools. They are limited by how fragmented execution has become across them.Sales, engineering, product, finance, and operations each work from their own systems, definitions, and signals. Work can look green locally while risk builds globally. By the time the real picture reaches leadership, it is often too late to act.My career has been focused on solving that problem from inside complex organizations.I have led hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, and connected product programs across startups, global suppliers, and enterprise environments. My work has centered on building structure, governance, visibility, and alignment across teams that do not naturally connect.I founded NexConnAI to take that experience further.NexConnAI is an early-stage company focused on building an execution operating layer for enterprise organizations. The goal is to connect fragmented execution signals across systems, normalize them into a shared execution model, and help leaders understand what is actually happening, where risk is building, and how much confidence the reported status deserves. This is not another project management tool or dashboard. It is infrastructure for understanding and governing how execution works across an organization. My background includes:• Program and portfolio leadership across connected product ecosystems• Cross-functional execution across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, mobile, and manufacturing teams• Governance models for executive visibility, risk management, and strategic alignment• PMO and portfolio tool deployment, including Smartsheet and Resource Manager• Translating fragmented work into clear execution structure leaders can act onI am currently building NexConnAI while continuing to connect with enterprise operators, technical leaders, and organizations facing complex execution challenges.

Experience

Founder
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States
Building NexConnAI, an early-stage enterprise execution platform focused on helping organizations understand how work actually executes across systems, teams, and decisions. NexConnAI is being developed around a canonical execution model, cross-system execution signals, and confidence-weighted visibility into reported vs. observed execution state. Current focus: • Defining the execution model, ontology, and core use cases • Developing the initial MVP architecture • Connecting with technical co-founder candidates • Engaging enterprise operators and potential design partners • Validating the problem through lived operator experience and early market conversations
