- Handle furniture testing in Hardlines department - Consult technical for team and customer - Conduct training for staff about testing - Develop and expand testing scope - Contact supplier to design/ modify machine up to actual requirement and facility

- Work with supplier about inspection schedule for all supplier in SEA - Arrange Inspector to do inspection and provide result to Crayola QA Global team - Consult with Crayola QA Manager to get approval for special shipment - Work with third party testing lab for testing program - Visit suppliers and do factory audit every 3 months

- Handle all new test capabilities development which covers test standard research and study on applicability, equipment supplier sourcing, method introduction to the team and technical training. - Provide the technical support to Sales team which covers assistance for client visits in line with technical inquiry and product improvement of the factory as necessary. - Provide the lab all data sheets required in line with the new test capability, report formats and report templates which covers report review prior to sending to clients. - Keep the lab abreast of the changes in the test procedures related to any international standards and methods and keep the necessary record updates. - Provide necessary support to CS for any technical inquiry received from clients and provide the technical advice required by clients. - Take lead the lab physical enhancement relating to physical appearance of the lab, any possible changes to be made which covers 5S, Lean Management and Quality compliance related activity. - Take lead of new projects given by the management.

- Control Technical in Hardlines Lab, working with many standards: ASTM, CFR, CA TB, SOR, ANSI/ BIFMA, BS EN, AS/ NZS, ISO, CPAI, FIRA, CPSIA, CCPSA and BV In House Test Method. And there are many Furniture standards such as: ANSI/ BIFMA X5.1, X5.5, ANSI/ SOHO S6.5, CA TB 116 & 117, BS EN 581 Part 1, 2 & 3, BS EN 12520, 12521, EN 1725, 1728, 1730, ISO 9227, CPAI 84 (Weathering Test), FIRA 6250, BS 5852. - Handle Lab operation, checking report status, log out plan, and advise email from clients, vendors, factories, Program Manager. - Work with marketing team about new clients, test method, capacity, cost, testing price. - Monthly meeting with General Manager (GM) about Target, Revenue, Cost, Margin, Test Development. - Weekly meeting to improve productivity in Lab, reduce error & overtime, improve system. - Daily meeting with team to manage goal of Lab: Elapsed Time, TAT, report issue, On Hold ratio, Log out time. - Work with QA department to solving Non Confirming work, prepare Corrective Action Plan. - Perform random Technical Audit (Internal) - Training for vendors, factories and clients, issue certificate, onsite training. - Training for other location (BV Malaysia, BV Indonesia).

- Checking report from Juvenile Product team - Advise client about failure (sample construction, design, labeling) - Developing new test method for Juvenile products (EU market, Canada market, Australia market) - Working with JPMA, Toys R Us, Williams Sonoma client about technical problem for Juvenile product - Training for new staff about work instruction and handle a sample - Training for old staff from other team & department (Customer Services department, Packaging, EU product team) about Juvenile product, such as general requirement, technical requirement.
