Key responsibilities and impact: Own national sales leadership for the Procedural Capital business, driving performance, growth, and strategic execution across Canada Lead and manage distribution strategy for the Procedural OR portfolio, strengthening partner relationships and clarifying portfolio accountability Ensure a consistent STERIS brand experience for customers by aligning direct and distributor-led selling approaches Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service, and leadership teams to support long-term Procedural business growth Act as a strategic voice for Canada within the broader STERIS Procedural organization

Transitioning to a leadership roll with STERIS Canada Sales ULC with the Surgical Solutions team. Working with a great group of Territory Managers my goal will be to ensure they are supported and will be a valuable resource for them to succeed individually and as a team.
