Key Responsibilities: • SCADA System Design & Implementation: Design and configure SCADA systems for monitoring and controlling industrial processes, ensuring they meet design specifications. • System Maintenance & Support: Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems to ensure high availability and reliability. • Integration & Automation: Integrate SCADA systems with other IT systems, control systems, sensors, devices, and databases to automate processes and data collection. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on real-time system data to optimize operational efficiency and prevent downtime. • Security & Compliance: Ensure SCADA systems are secure from cyber threats and comply with industry regulations and best practices. • Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve system faults and issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and engineering, to support the seamless operation of SCADA systems. • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SCADA system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends, including artificial intelligence (AI/ML).

Design and develop sophisticated Ignition Perspective projects with emphasis on intuitive navigation, responsive layouts, and user-centric design. Develop comprehensive view templates and reusable visual components for consistent implementation across perspective projects and Edge HMIs. Build scalable graphics libraries that support alarming visualization, trend displays, and real-time data presentation within unified client standards. Design and implement user role-based interfaces with appropriate permission levels and customized dashboards. Create responsive designs that work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. Perform FAT (validation and commissioning) with field technicians. Build to Latest ISA standards for Highly optimized graphics and integrated with a variety of Legacy PLC and Modbus equipment. Collaborate with engineering and other support teams to ensure successful project completion. Responsible for aspects of project budget and schedule requirements Assist in the development and maintenance of standards and best practices Develop overall system and communication architecture for industrial control projects Specify and configure various hardware components such as AC/DC drives, switchgear and industrial control panels Perform functional testing of electrical and control systems Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers Generate functional requirements documentation and test procedures Support the sales team in the development of technical solutions

Systems Integrator with experience designing electrical controls & Automated control systems. Onsite automation, I&E construction management and MACC. Effective with Electrical and Specialty Codes (NEC/NFPA70). Design, build and implement SCADA Systems using AB & Siemens PLC, Ignition or Wonderware HMI and associated Software modules. Create control narratives, schematics and control panel layout drawings used in proposal and manufacturing. Designs, tests, installs, and maintain largescale electronic equipment, machinery or systems for use in manufacturing or oil and gas transmission. Use computer-assisted engineering and design software, specifically, Wonderware, Siemens, ClearSCADA, RsView, Delta V and PLC equipment to perform assignments. Applies principles, Electrical and specialty codes (NEC/NFPA70) and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish goals. Supervise other engineers, and support staff.
