I have 25 years of legal experience in the fields of estate planning, estate administration, wills, trusts, probate, guardianships, medicaid planning, elder law, real estate purchases and sales, refinancings, mortgages, business law, family succession planning, incorporations, LLC's, partnerships, income taxes and landlord/tenant matters. I worked at White & Case in Manhattan for 2 years and then at Edwards & Angell in Providence for 6 years. I opened my own law office in 1996 and have been successfully representing clients all over Rhode Island since then. I have been the Narragansett Probate Judge for 12 years and continue to adjudicate probate matters, guardianships, will contests, adoptions, name changes, fiduciary accountings and removal of fiduciaries. I also assist clients who wish to establish Florida residency as I am admitted to practice in Florida as well as New York and Massachusetts.
