I have more than 15 years of combined experience as both a lawyer and a CPA advising on the federal income tax aspects of complex commercial transactions. My practice has a particular emphasis on domestic and cross-border real estate transactions, strategic joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets transactions, restructurings, financings, and workouts. I also regularly advise on domestic and international real estate private equity fund formations and operations, the formation of public and private REITs, and debt and equity offerings by public REITs.
