• Develop weekly schedule which includes but not limited to reviewing inventory positions, creating IBO’s for specific regions, approvals from International mgmt. team, and carriers’ coordination with our warehouse team. . Track project milestones and deliverables. • Effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion, which will include GSC, International Team, and Tripp Lite Warehouse team. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Prepare project status reports on a bi-weekly basis. • Identify gaps in process alignment and replenishment parameters, recommend best practices, and orchestrate the future state design satisfying all stakeholders. • Review forecasts and demand patterns for Tripp Lite International and Domestic warehouses and executes inventory balancing efficiently using a systematic approach. • Work to maintain optimal inventory levels at all global 3PL locations, and ensuring all key fill rate metrics are met consistently. • Effective and timely (RCCA) root cause analysis and action plans are created and executed. • Represent global supply chain in the product lifecycle management process and maintenance and provide optimal inventory strategies of new and discontinued products, EOL. Work with Product management in reviewing and executing on a timely basis with these inventory strategies. • Automating the IBO replenishment processes whereas reducing time required for effective review and execution. • Working with the International Sales team & Ops Ex Mgr. scheduling and reviewing forecasts creating and sustaining improved forecasting S&OP processes.
