I oversee the full lifecycle of SKU creation for dropship products, supporting Buyers across a wide range of categories including Home, Fitness, Workshop, Outdoor, Seasonal, Bathroom, Indoor, and Kitchen. My role involves managing and processing New Line Forms (NLFs) from suppliers, validating product data, and ensuring accurate, high-quality information is uploaded to the website. This includes coordinating with suppliers for image chasing, maintaining product descriptions, and handling ongoing updates such as dimensions, weights, and specifications to ensure data integrity across all listings. Beyond my core responsibilities, I have consistently gone above and beyond my role by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions. I have built automated email systems, macros, and custom scripts to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve turnaround times for the buying team. I have strong technical proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, using advanced formulas, automation, and process optimisation to drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the business.
