About
I am a Design Engineer at RBW Electric Cars, currently responsible for CAD, component design, and engineering development across multiple projects within a fast-paced electric vehicle environment. Alongside working full-time, I am studying Manufacturing Engineering with Mechanical Design at University of Derby, combining academic theory with practical automotive engineering experience. My background includes completing a Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship at Triumph Motorcycles, where I worked as an Inspection Engineer Apprentice developing strong technical, manufacturing, and quality-focused skills. Working within smaller engineering businesses has allowed me to take on significant responsibility early in my career, developing confidence in problem-solving, communication, and ownership of projects. Prior to this, I achieved three Merit qualifications at sixth form in Business, Engineering, and IT, building a strong foundation across technical and commercial disciplines.Outside of engineering, I am highly driven in sport and personal performance. I train competitively in triathlon and endurance sport while balancing full-time work and university study, which has strengthened my discipline, resilience, and ability to perform consistently under pressure. I also previously officiated football to Level 5, including academy tournaments and semi professional level football fixtures, further developing leadership and decision-making skills from a young age.I am passionate about engineering, continuous improvement, and building a career at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and high-performance technology
