* Working in a small team, I dealt with outside contractors to improve the quality of properties taken into possession. * Relationship building and liaison with numerous contractors * Inspection of newly possessed properties * Decision making on future maintenance work * Obtaining several quotes for each job, selecting the correct procedure and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.

* Working as the maintenance manager at the Henley-on-Thames store. My role requires a high level of customer service as many jobs involve working around the shop customers. * While working at my previous role in CWCPS, I was selected by the Operations Director to join a recently-formed team involved in property marketing.
