Teach courses/classes on mathematical exposure modeling, occupational hygiene data decision Analysis and various management courses to graduate students in occupational hygiene, physicians, epidemiologists and exposure scientists and managers of EH&S programs from industry, academia and government. Dr. Stewart was awarded the “2014 Academic Faculty Teaching Award” by the Occupational and Environmental Medicine Residency Program at the Harvard School of Public Health.

Director of large division of EH&E (Building Science and Advanced Analytics). Team consisted of environmental and occupational health scientists with a range of academic credentials from BS to PhD. Some litigation work but mainly analyzing and resolving complex problems for clients. Risk communication services were commonly requested. Work ranged from basic mold surveys to advanced cancer/reproductive health cluster investigations. Served as member and Chair of the AIHA Exposure Assessment Strategies Committee; Member/Treasurer of Board of Directors of the ACGIH and taught classes for the AIHA on censored data analysis and Bayesian Decision Analysis.

Works on the most complex exposure reconstructions and exposure assessments. Conducts extensive mathematical modeling and Monte Carlo Analyses using state of the art mathematical models including Advanced Reach Tool (ART), Near Field Far Field (NF/FF) and Eddy Diffusion models. Works on Plaintiff and Defense matters in litigation and supports and mentors other scientists at EH&E when needed.
