GSD Co Ltd is the licensed Company to bottle world renowned brands such as Coca-Cola, Sprite and Fanta and also imports and distributes other non and alcoholic drinks employing approximately 250 employees. Here I headed the HR Department made up of 5 employees and I was also responsible for the Security Department employing 10 security personnel. Forming part of the Senior Management Team I was responsible for: ▪ Payroll approval (Dakar) of all payments and bonuses ▪ Talent Management including Succession plans and re-alignment of the whole Organizational structure ▪ Recruitment and staffing of all the Company’s needs including the preparation of employment contracts ▪ Reference in Employment Law ▪ Disciplinary actions and any disputes including resolving of conflicts between employees ▪ HR Budgeting ▪ Sitting and facilitating Performance Appraisals ▪ Employee, Union and Industrial Relations ▪ Business Project Leader of SAP Project for HRM where I implemented the new system in the HR Department 6 weeks ahead of target date ▪ Collective Bargaining Negotiations where I signed a new collective agreement on behalf of the company ▪ Competency Based Job Profiling ▪ Preparing Training and Development programs of various staff levels designed for the particular needs ▪ Strategic Organizational Design for the next 3 years ▪ Company Wide Security

Foster Clark Products Ltd is a leading Company in the manufacturing of FMCG products mainly Instant Flavoured Drinks, Dressings and Desserts employing approximately 420 employees. Here I formed part of a team with 3 direct reports in the HR department, 15 employees forming the Housekeeping Section and all the Security staff circa 14 sub-contracted employees whilst I was reporting to the Head of HR. I was also responsible for the following: ▪ Payroll approval (Megabyte) of Monthly and Fortnightly pays ▪ Talent Management including succession planning of strategic roles ▪ Recruitment and staffing of all levels of staff including the preparation of employment contracts ▪ Reference in Employment Law ▪ Disciplinary actions, arbitration and resolving all type of conflicts between employees ▪ Health, Safety and Environment including Risk Assessments and supplying Uniforms and PPE to all related employees ▪ Conducting and facilitating Performance Appraisals ▪ Employee, Union and Industrial Relations, including Collective Agreement Negotiations ▪ Waste Management including all the submissions with Mepa, WasteServ and all waste recycling stakeholders. I also represented the Company during the end of year waste audits performed by different audit firms ▪ Successfully implemented a high profile Competency based Job Profiling Tool ▪ Coaching and Mentoring staff at different levels including Senior Managers

Malta Dairy Products Ltd employs approximately 120 employees. Here I was given the opportunity to start-up the HR Department from scratch while starting my studies with the University of Leicester. I reported to the Chief of Finance and ran the department on my own. HR Services implemented throughout my employment and responsibilities included: ▪ Responsible from day to day running of the HR Department ▪ Upkeep data of employees, payroll (Dakar), staffing, employment contracts ▪ Implemented a Training and Development programme through Training Needs Analysis exercises ▪ Responsible for Recruitment and all staffing needs ▪ Reference in Employment Law including representing the Company in the Industrial Tribunal ▪ Dealing with union and Disciplinary actions where I successfully signed a new Collective Agreement on behalf of the Company in 2012 ▪ Health and Safety Officer dealing with all the H&S aspects of the company including conducting periodically Risk Assessments and action plans to close and tackle risks and hazards ▪ Responsible for the day to day running of the Company’s IT servers ▪ Support reference for 35 end IT users within the company
