Mr. Esquivel was managing principal architect and president of JAE ARCHITECTURE INC in Wake Forest, NC. In this role, he was responsible for all facets of design including planning, building design, overseeing production of construction documents, project manuals and specifications, construction administration, design team coordination, shop submittals and application for payment review, conducting and recording facility punch lists, coordination of as-built drawings and certificates of occupancy.

Architectural Principal; Managed Project Design from inception through construction, in addition managing project budgets, schedule and production staff. Also served as IT administrator, provided AutoCAD and network training, specified, purchased and installed CAD workstations. Administered in-house networks and hardware / systems maintenance.

Provided telephone and technical support to numerous A/E firms from Rocky Mount to Winston-Salem, NC. Sold, delivered and installed CAD workstations, networks, production hardware - large format plotters/printers and miscellaneous peripherals (printers, routers/switches, KVMs, etc.). In addition, sold, installed and provided training for Autodesk production software for Architects and Engineers in RTP and the TRIAD of NC. Specified, assembled, tested and sold PCs and high-performing video graphic workstations. Provided value-added sales and services to clients.

Established CAD production system and provided design services meeting Clientele needs. Project administration and construction administration and observation through building occupancy. Administered several projects at RDU Airport.

Architectural Design, DataCAD production services, 3D-modeling and rendering, CAD system maintenance and construction detailing. Worked on several middle school campus master plan, design and construction documents. Involved with the DataCAD users group, edited and published DataCAD newsletter in the RTP area.
