I'm self motivated and always up for the task at hand. My daily job is to manage the maintenance dept and it's daily functions along with implementation of our preventive maintenance program. Making sure that our equipment is maintained and running with little down time. I'm also plant lead in health,safety and environmental. Insure plant is in compliance with OSHA regulations as well as company compliance. I work closely on a daily basis with Site Director and plant Manger to implement ways to run more efficient.
