Project: "Adaptation Pumping System and Processes Petromonagas PDVSA operational center". Monitoring and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance centrifugal pumps, demulsifiers pumps, screw pumps, submersible pumps, booster pumps (booster), transfer pumps, Detroit diesel engines as well as instrumentation equipment calibration.

For the internship, Design and Implementation of a room samblasting was performed. This project involved designing an airtight room to perform the technique samblasting metal parts, for achieving various techniques for designing industrial systems were applied, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the model, taking into account each environmental standards set for the achievement of design. It is noteworthy that the project was carried out in the estimated time and reduced costs for subcontracting and increased competitive levels of the company.

* Monitoring the production process of the company. * Supervision and control of the production process of gas lift valves, as well as in the maintenance of pumps and electric motors. * Implementation of a Management Model for gas lift valves Manufacturing (MGM-Lift), which allows to control production costs. * The MGM-Lift model generated large profits for the company, as well as improved the production process. * System Maintenance Implementation. * Three types were applied maintenance: corrective, preventive and predictive, with which they could reduce costs and downtime on equipment.
