Regency is a Real Estate Development, Commercial Construction, Mortgage Banking and Home Building diversified company. Recruited to energize multi-regional $312M company with fifty- three residential communities, retail centers, mixed-use centers and multi-family communities plus mortgage banking and insurance. Reduced overhead, initiated a controlled burn-off of under-performing assets, and empowered team, in a historic down-turn in the market, to drive majority of business units to a profitability gain of 6%. Single family annual sales grew to 958 homes and multifamily grew to 123 sales. Provided counsel to the Board of Directors and lenders.
