Hello Reader, I am the owner and sole director of my company, Coulman Property Development Ltd. We have been involved in property repair and renovation, particularly in Property Insurance work, for over 10 years but have recently began investing/taking on larger projects in our local area. I look for property investment opportunities and try and turn an opportunity into reality. Our current projects are all local to Yorkshire and vary between new builds to conversions of "Shark Infested" nightclubs.
