The position combines the strategic prioritization of a Project Manager, the facilitation and process leadership of a Scrum Master, and the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst. I drive product backlog management, foster agile best practices, and translate business needs into actionable user stories to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Chief of Staff is a role that is ever changing at every organization and this one isn't an exception. At TransPecos Banks I have been the conduit between the bank and regulators during examinations, I've helped design and manage our website (It's new! Go check it out - transpecos.bank), I manage the entire day-to-day ops in the office, I'm the buffer for the CEO, and I help to streamline processes. Vanilla Ice's lyric, "If there was a problem, yo, I'll solve it" pretty well sums up my experience here, and if I haven't been able to find the solution, I found the person that can. Everyday is something new, and I am happy to be here as this small community bank turns into something unlike any other.

2nd Class Petty Officer as a Signals Intelligence Analyst. Trained analysts from multiple branches to advance signals analysis skillsets. Created multiple standard operating procedures for intelligence analysis. Regularly asked to brief high ranking military officials on operations. Constantly increasing on the job knowledge to be able to refine skills as an analyst.

Built and maintained a successful residential electrician company through word of mouth recommendations and hard work. Within one year had an extensive client list in the Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County areas. Installed electrical services, upgraded wiring and devices, planned and installed ordinary and ornate light fixtures. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical issues on site or over the phone.

Responsible for the proper removal of degraded electrical systems, and the installation of enhanced and up-to-date electronic devices and services. Experienced in managing fellow employees on job sites and interacting with customers during day-to-day operations. Knowledge ranges from residential to commercial electrical applications. Trusted to handle customers needs with white glove cleanliness.

Operated sports marketing initiatives including digital media, grass roots marketing, and sponsorships. Managed a $500k annual budget for the successful marketing campaigns of product launches, college and professional lacrosse endorsements, and managed a grass roots marketing team of 15 employees. Experienced in talent acquisition, social media engagement and customer service interactions for a company that reaches millions of athletes every year.

Planned and executed events for Ice Hockey, Field Hockey, and Lacrosse marketing campaigns in nine states and two countries. Managed up to 20 brand champions at any time during an event. Coordinated with event planners, media creators, laborers and logistics specialists to ensure the success of every event.

Changed gears to coach women's lacrosse goalies at the prestigious Agnes Irwin School. Commuted between Baltimore and Philadelphia 3-5 times weekly to coach with some of the most prolific coaches and players in the country at the time. Helped the Owls to be ranked in the top 5 nationally for girls lacrosse programs, and saw them to winning the Pennsylvania Girls Lacrosse State Championship in 2015.

Aided the St. Joe's Hawks to their first NEC regular season championship. Mentored and coached college athletes, specializing in the goalie position, ensuring that 3 goalies were prepared to play at any moment. Responsible for scouting opposing teams offensive shooting tendencies and their goalie deficiencies, leading to one of the best save percentages and the highest scoring offense in St. Joseph's history, to that point.
