* Conduct initial orientation of ten member team upon program entrance at Fort Bragg, N.C. * Monitor progress of team members throughout training process at multiple locations. * Liaise with management of Elevated Sensors (BETSS-C) program in country. * Communicate, track and support team during initial and subsequent assignments. * Communicate with customer at various sites to improve performance. * Investigate and approve timekeeping in accordance with company policy. * Troubleshoot, place equipment orders, receive equipment and repair of assigned systems. * Provide exceptional customer service with minimum of downtime to ensure safety of troops and equipment at assigned locations. * Communicate needs and situations of team members to PM on an "as-needed"​ basis. * Accountability Reports weekly to monitor team member's locations and conditions. * Coordination of R&R through BETSS-C management (CACI & ManTech) * Trained and proficient on VLANs, including RAID, RDISS, Cerberus and FPS.

* Unit-level maintenance on authorized field signal equipment IAW relevant TM procedures. * Install, operate, and maintain radio and data distribution systems . * Training courses and periods of instruction modified to satisfy unit requirements. * Ensure safety of work environment and compliance to OSHA standards. * Team building techniques and leadership skills. * Perform duties of NCOIC as necessary. * Secret level security clearance.
