Originally working as part of a small fin-tech startup we were acquired by OakNorth Bank. Working with a strict BDD practice across the entire stack and across a micro-serviced architecture. We employed a mono-environment (i.e. pushing straight to prod).

Predominantly a Junior Frontend role where I delivered above my length of experience. I was keen to explore a more full-stack opportunity.

Responsible for organising and maintaining standards for London-based Youth Mentors. My role also included training for new starters and upskilling programs.

Visited both top performing and lowest performing schools in the country to deliver study skill seminars. - 98% average approval rating for all seminars delivered. - Delivered study skill seminars to all stakeholders including, parents and teachers.

Interned to gain exposure to a number of different functions, including sales, finance, and engineering.
