Dabster focuses on providing experts for clients and IT service providers looking for that perfect individual with niche skills or looking for an entire team on a permanent or contract basis. (Automotive industry, banking sectors etc) Responsibilities: • Manage End-to-end recruitment for European/UK Clients. • Understanding European Client Requirements for various open positions. • Logging candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other Internal Databases. • Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various Techstacks. • Taking telephone interviews with European/UK candidates, screening the candidates, submitting the profiles to the Client for further interview process. • Familiar with UK and EU countries Work Permits • Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and requirement. • Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position. • Ensuring that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
