Exposure to US Immigration process (H1-B and Green Card) Extremely good understanding of Technical screening methods and Strong understanding of various Hardware's and Softwares, development platforms and methodologies. Developing recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

• Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. • Sourcing tracking the resumes from MONSTER and DICE. • Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening, understand their competencies & skill sets. • Preliminary Screening and scheduling the interviews for an experienced consultant for direct hires to the company. • Follow up with the technical team and scheduling the technical interview as per candidate available time. • Get the feedback from technical department and judge the candidate’s technical skills based on technical feedback. • Follow up with the candidate and make sure to explain the compensation benefits and other terms and conditions. • Make sure to collect all the documents from the candidates for the H1B visa process (from OPT's) and H1B transfer (from existing H1B's). • Get them on board for training (Entry-level guys) or direct marketing (Experienced guys).
