ACHIEVEMENT AND STRENGTHS Designing , troubleshooting, producing, research & development, repair of HPC mould, NBD management. Also 25 years of experience in designing, modelling ,mother mould making  for low ,high & medium Pressure cast . Recently updated to 4 years of experience in 3D designing of sanitary ware models & 3D modelling by 3D PRINTERS or CNC.          In 2003 @ Ideal Standard, I successfully Developed New technics of mother moulds construction & finishing to completely avoid any poor finish or bad shape could appear on plaster mould internal surface.         More than 30 casters trained by me                             24 modeller and 48 caser trained by me in different companies.          Improving management between cast shop and mould shop to minimize coast and maximize productivity In Duravit Egypt, I invented vertically wash basin battery machine for small 36cm wash basin to avoid slip meet problems permanently , and applied same design idea for all tank covers . Also in normal horizontal wash basin battery machine l add New design of slip feeding from tow different points of the models from tow different slip tanks , wich changing completely our understanding of slip meet deffect . Add new developments for kilns departments solve the heavy products foot cracks by adding new  Chemical compound to the alumina solution wich applied on kiln furniture Allow free shrinkage for produced pieces  . I reduced the cost of mother mould material for more than 50% by eliminating the imported materials and replace it with another raw local material ,those local material materials developed by me inside R&D department to giving us the same  specifications of imported materials such as "gilcoat araldit" , "fast cast risen " ,,,etc. All of that without minimize quality of mother moulds . The most important achievement  to me that I discovered the soul of team work , which I develop myself & persons around me to create it to solve any problems and successfully going easily through any production problems .
