Excel Data Scope - A visionary project that demonstrated the future of analytics; Excel interface coupled with a fast distributed processing engine (Daytona) at the back-end. I worked on the integration of Daytona and several MapReduce algorithms. Project Daytona: Iterative MapReduce on Windows Azure - I am one of the architect and the developer for the project that enabled wide class of data analytics and machine-learning algorithms with MapReduce paradigm.

Architected and Developed Apache Sandesha a WS-ReliableMessaging implementation for Apache Axis. A lead architect and developer in the design and the development of Apache Axis2 – a complete re-design and re-write of the widely used Apache Axis SOAP stack. Involved in the initial design phase of Apache Synapse.

Participated in the development process of enterprise application framework using J2EE technologies Developed an HTTP based communication layer for a time tracking software using Visual C++ and ATL COM technologies

* Architected and co-developed Cosmos interactive pipeline (ISCOPE v2). End to end latency was mini-mized by making many components of the pipeline services and supporting streaming data transfers.(JetSCOPE * VLDB 2015). Apollo Scheduler for Cosmos * New distributed scheduling infrastructure for Cosmos that improved overall job latency by 20% in all production clusters. I invented the optimistic scheduling algorithm based on resource availability prediction mechanism. (OSDI * 2014) * Patent (US9442760)
